Sweely Estate Winery
Opening in Fall 2008

Sweely Estate Winery, formerly named Acorn Hill Winery, is at the foothills of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains in Madison County, VA. Here, innovation starts in the vineyard – carefully chosen varietals and close-spaced vines in well-drained soils are caressed by constant west/southwest breezes. Wine varieties include Pinot Gris, Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Bordeaux-style blends. Facilities for special events include a large reception hall, terrace, art gallery and wine library, some with scenic vistas.

Scheduled to open Fall 2008 – Tasting Room open daily 11 am - 5 pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Easter.
Tasting Fee -- $5 per person with souvenir glass.
